Terms and Conditions of Purchase: The Blokk-Mini
1. Purchase Agreement:
By completing a purchase of The Blokk-Mini, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, forming a legally binding agreement between you (the "Customer") and The Blokk.
2. Pricing and Payment:
The Blokk-Mini is available for purchase at a flat price of $250 per unit, with an additional shipping cost of $30-20 per unit. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
3. Shipping Information:
Shipping is available to addresses within the United States.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 14-30 business days.
Shipping confirmation and tracking details will be provided via email once the order has been dispatched.
4. Returns and Refunds:
The Blokk-Mini is non-refundable once the purchase is completed.
The Blokk-Mini is however interchangeable for what type of version you want. You can email us at lelob3d@gmail.com to change the version and we will send back info on how to send the device back in. If you have not emailed us, we will send your device back the same way it was in.
In the event of a defective unit, please contact The Blokk customer support at lelob3d@gmail.com for assistance within 30 days of receiving the product.
5. Warranty:
The Blokk-Mini comes with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
For warranty claims, please follow the specified procedures outlined in the product documentation.
6. Privacy Policy:
Your purchase of The Blokk-Mini is subject to The Blokk's Privacy Policy. Customer information will be handled in accordance with this policy.
7. Changes to Terms:
The Blokk reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of The Blokk-Mini indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Indiana, United States. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indiana.
By completing the purchase of The Blokk-Mini, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
